Kansas Health Science University, operating the Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (KansasCOM), is authorized by the Kansas Board of Regents to provide private postsecondary education and operate in the state of Kansas.
A student or prospective student of the KansasCOM who is not satisfied with the outcome of the institution’s complaint process may make a complaint about the institution following the process outlined here: https://www.kansasregents.gov/academic_affairs/private_out_of_state/complaint_process.
Kansas Health Science University has been granted an exemption by the Illinois Board of Higher Education to operate and grant degrees in the State of Illinois.
