KHSU-KansasCOM’s accreditor is the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA). As part of the college’s ongoing accreditation process, COCA granted KHSU-KansasCOM Accreditation with Warning in April 2026.

At the same time, this is an important milestone year for KansasCOM. The college celebrated its first graduating class, and its inaugural class achieved a 97.3% residency match rate, with 73 of 75 students matching into residency programs nationwide. These outcomes reflect the dedication of KansasCOM students, faculty, staff, and clinical partners, as well as the college’s continued focus on preparing competent and compassionate physicians for Kansas and beyond.
