What to Expect
KansasCOM uses a three-step application process:
- Complete your application with the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Services (AACOMAS).
- If you qualify, complete KansasCOM’s secondary application online. You will be invited to apply upon qualification.
- Complete a face-to-face interview.
Admission Requirements
Admission requirements include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, MCAT completion, and completed prerequisite coursework in biochemistry, chemistry, biology, physics, and English composition or literature. All prospective students must first apply with the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Services (AACOMAS). Prospective students can submit one application that includes general required materials to all their desired programs. AACOMAS then verifies applications for accuracy and sends them with the appropriate materials to their chosen schools.
