Kasica joined KansasCOM in March of 2024. She come to us with a vast variety of experiences in all different aspects of the healthcare system. She has spent the last 20 years serving in administrative roles within inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory areas. Kasica has spent time in Quality, Risk, Compliance, Physician Practice, both inpatient and outpatient, Medical Staff Services and in Surgery Centers.

Kasica is a graduate of both the University of Kansas for her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Newman University for graduate school where she earned her MBA. Kasica grew up in the Wichita area. In her free time, she likes to travel, watch all kinds of sports, and play board games and cards with her two children, Maddox and Ellison and her husband, Ben.
