Rosemary has served the Higher Learning Commission for 10 years in Quality Services Academies where she provides oversight for up to forty schools on a regular basis. She also works with online programs offering one-to-one interaction with participating schools, and as a consultant helps various institutions of higher education with assessment practices, student retention, and student success.

Rosemary comes to us from Newman University where she has served since 1999. As the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs (Faculty status Admin. Assistant Professor) she coordinated programs such as: ASC Community Leadership Scholar Program, Academic and Student Support Services, Advanced Standing, Traditions and Transitions freshman seminars, Retention Initiatives, Service Scholars program, General Studies, NSSE, and regular teaching assignments. Throughout her tenure, she held positions at NU such as: Associate VP, Academic Services & Student Development, Assistant VP, Dean of Students, Assistant Professor of Sociology, Director of Service Learning, Interim Dir. Of Campus Ministry
