At KHSU, the Office of the Registrar serves as the ultimate student resource for all things related to academic records. The Office of the Registrar can assist KansasCOM students with a variety of needs, including:

• Transcripts
• Enrollment verification*
• Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)
• Diplomas

*The National Student Clearinghouse is our authorized agent for providing enrollment verifications. If you are requesting verification on a student’s current enrollment, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse.

Current students: Request a copy of your academic records by completing the Academic Records Request Form. Records include:

• Enrollment verifications
• MSPE or dean’s letter
• Photocopy of diploma

Requests are processed in the order they are received and typically take up to five business days to process. Requests for multiple transcripts, documents, or requests during peak operating time (i.e., near graduation) may require additional processing time.

Information requested to meet a third-party deadline should have at least a two-week lead to ensure expedient delivery and appropriate recording. Additionally, requests for transcripts will only be processed if you have fulfilled all financial obligations to KansasCOM.

Payment is due at the time of the request. Credit cards, cash, check, or money order are accepted. Requests will not be processed unless payment has been received in full. Official transcripts are generally either mailed through the U.S. Postal Service or sent electronically as a PDF. Please note that all transcript requests are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse.
